Bunk`s on Boardwalk in Ellijay

We were intown for the weekend and decided we would stol in the boardwalk for pizza. The young lady waitress was very pleasant despite the cluster F of people she served that day. Pete the guy who made the pizza was another story. Pete cussed and complained the entire time he made the pizza in fact the family that ordered behind us canceled there order. We were pretty close to doing the same. The cauliflower crust was ok, I dont know if that was due to all of ole man Petes negative vibes or its just low quality pizza joint. Nevertheless, it was our first and last visit. Tip for management-when your busy hire someone who dont mind working and see it as an opportunity to cash in.

Friendly little place downtown on the boardwalk. Food is good. Beer and wine to go with it. Seating outside. Keno if you like to play as well as corn hole. Try the barbecue pizza and pretzels with cheese dip. Can get a little busy at times so be patient. Staff is working hard.

Have ate here numerous times, owner is very friendly and his server is just as nice. Food is great, always fresh cooked right in front of you. To top it all off prices are great.

Boardwalk's pizza is a cut above the rest. Or should it be slice? We had Canadian Bacon and sausage, and the pie was so big, we had delicious leftovers for the ride home. Such a great place to eat!

Great beer prices, great pizza, fun outdoor patio and people. Recommend!!!

Pretty good pizza

I had a cool experience but I'm hoping someone can answer why I was charged 16.84 on my bank statement but in the store i was told the total was 12.84 and was given a receipt that said the same. Doesnt seem right..? At this point I have every reason to believe they charged me more then they said...

Live music on weekends but its outside. The inside is tiny but friendly. The pizza is not homemade but pretty good. Not a bad place when there is room.

Great place for a beerThis is a tiny- really tiny- bar that makes pizza.Great place and worth a visit. Due to size, draft beer selection is a bit limited but is ever changing. Pizza we had was good for a bar. Service was excellent and fun vibe overall

Staff seemed nice enough. I hope they get their act together. Downtown desperately needs good restaurants.Ordered pizza to go on a Thursday since 1/2 price was advertised online. Was told when I got there that the 1/2 price was dine-in only. Okay. Perhaps specifying that online would be nice. I didn't complain.The pizza itself looked like it was a pre-frozen, but it was the toppings (or lack thereof) that caused me to take the pizza back and ask for my money back. In all honesty, I could have gotten a better pizza at dominoes for about half the price. The staff was nice and admitted they had been very busy all day. I got my refund but I doubt I'll go back. The pathetic level of toppings on the pizza was so off-putting, I don't really care to find out what they would give me on a good day. Two stars for nice staff giving me a refund. Hope they make improvements.

Pizza was delicious and ambiance was fun and relaxed. Drinks were food and fast. Outdoor sweating and bar area inside. Overall a great family night out in Ellijay!

Awesome owners and great tasting food!! The meatball sub is to die for!! And the beer selection is great. I love sitting in the patio. You can't ask for anything better in a cute hole in the wall local joint.

Great pizza and service

Wonderful pizza and good beer! A lovely combination! They also from time to time have live music! Right behind the roundabout in downtown historic Ellijay Georgia.

Went there for lunch on a Thursday. We were the only ones and we ate pizza and watched YouTube videos with the owner. Good food, really good prices.

Nice atmosphere with a small bar hung out outside on the boardwalk while listening to some live music.

Pizza tasted like a cheap frozen pizza. I'm pretty sure it was. The pretzels and cheese sauce was the same. It was a lovely location for such a culinary disappointment.

If you need a pizza that has no flavor thin crust cardboard flavor this is a place to go

I got the Cauliflower pizza thin crust, it was the best pizza that I've had in years! And we just happened upon it because we were looking for this other place that was closed. Best thing that could have happened. Definitely try this place out if you are in the area Delicious!!!

The pizza was nothing short of satifying! It was a simple pizza but even though the ingredients and crust were basic everthing blended together and was supper tasty. However, the main reason i liked this place was the locals. Wow.. .so the locals are super friendly! I was able to have a great time chatting with locals. It was like being at a get together with friends and sharing pizza and beer. They also got an extra star due to their bartenders and their effectiveness in serving not only the inside pub but outdoor diner's ... all while keeping a smile and making the pizza and food orders by hand. I also noted that the place was small but very functional and supper clean... we got the Hawaiian 14 inch pizza for only $14. I will definitely be visiting again while in the area.

Awesome downtown location with very limited indoors seating and a deck in the back with tables and chairs. I watch multiple pizzas be made and the dough looks pre rolls or frozen (cheap looking). Very small belt oven and it doesn't seem to cook pizzas very fast. I ordered a Sprite and found a dead fly and now syrup in the soda. The pizza was ok, we ordered 3 pizzas and everyone just kept saying there was way to much cheese on the pizza.

Stopped here on the drive home from a weekend in the town of Blue Ridge, and had an amazing pizza! The staff was super friendly, and the restaurant had a very relaxed feel. Ate some pizza sitting outside in the lovely weather, listened to some music, and enjoyed a home-made pizza with a hand tossed crust. It was a quick and pleasurable experience, and I was happy to have stopped before driving for another hour to get home! Great place!

A few months back...We were originally were looking to go to another place in the area, not pizza. It was too busy so we noticed this spot. It’s a very small location. For a place with Pizza in the name I was very disappointed when the cook/owner pulled a pre-made Chuck E Cheese crust out of the fridge. The toppings were okay and beer was decent. I’m hoping this place was just getting on their feet when we visited and they will eventually swap over to a house made crust.

Absolutely divine. Couldn't decide which was better, craft draft beer or craft pizza. And the service was spectacular, accommodating and friendly. We'll be back
